There are 10 members (who call themselves Poker Junkies) who are committed to playing Texas Holdem 1 Friday of every month! Its a good way to get away, have fun socializing and eating while playing poker.  Did I mention it's a cash poker game?  Yep, all funds are paid out that night.  The cost is $30 to play.  We pay out 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, plus we post it on facebook so all the players, families, groups can see.  We like to play with a bounty.  A Bounty is when you put an extra $1 in the pot and when you take out a player you get his/her chip and the $1 they paid.  

 

This group is committed but every so often we invite a friend or two to play with us (the more players, the more money paid out!)  HAH!  Well that's the story and I'm sticking to it!  If you want to follow up - sign up!
